The folks at North Hills Gives Back have selected International Focus as a featured nonprofit during their Midtown Beach Music Summer Concert Series. The concerts, which are attended weekly by thousands are growing their community role again in 2014 by promoting select non-profits. Now in its' seventh season at North Hills, the series has proven to be an excellent platform from which to share a message, grow a customer/volunteer base, and build on a current initiative.
We will have access to a tent, table, and chairs. We can hand out promotional info and we will have the opportunity to share a 90-second message from the stage. Please join us - along with your family and friends - on the 17th to support us and enjoy the music or to help at the booth! (I will gladly accept volunteer assistance!)

"She's really an institution in herself," she says. "She has such a way with the visitors and she takes her work so seriously. She put a lot of effort into creating programs that include everything possible that would be relevant, and she is so well-respected in D.C. I'm not sure this would still be going without her.
